please note

As the premier medium to channel news and bloody lies about our kin, the cce-m blog is hand's down the most important tool we have in staying connected. I thought I would use it to mention that regular posts are now appearing over on the For What It's Worthless blog, created by DMANDMAN.

That address, folks, is: http://forwhatitsworthless.blogspot.com

Happy Birfday to Rachey Rach Using Dictionary.com's Words of the Day

Cousins, would it be ostensible to suggest that our dear cousin Rachey Rach has a birthday today? The facts militate the truth. How simply vertiginous to think that 27 years ago, our dear Rachey Rach came into the world!

The things you non-Michiganders miss out on...

a 3 hour video of Uncle Pike, Dmandman, and J$ trekking through cemetaries and talking to busty and book hording appalachian locals. Ambrose kept saying that he wanted to watch "The Land Before Time" and we kept assuring him that this WAS the land before time!

Quote from the streets(s.r. 739) that can't be beat

Granndpa H-"there's nothing wong with Southern Baptist...I slept through alot of southern Baptist sermons."

A very diverting website

For the intellectual time-waster in all of us: http://www.mcsweeneys.net/links/lists/

A few of my favorite lists:
For the Coming Post-Chocolate-Milk Paradigm: Other Drinks That Can Be Made by Just Adding Chocolate Syrup
Small Businesses Poorly Named After Classic Literature
Alternatives, Should You Not Like Pina Coladas and Getting Caught in the Rain
Reasons Not to Fear the Reaper
Other Names Sting Could Go By, As Suggested by My Thesaurus
Geometric Relationships More Realistic Than the Love Triangle

Really, I think the subjects are as ingenious as the lists themselves...

Thomas P. Cromwell IV.

Is it truly you? Surely, those cryptic references and witty banter suggest it.

Call it Courage: can you take care of the administrative duties (adding TPCIV as a contributor, etc.)?

Unless, anyone had doubts that this is TPCIV???? If need be, we could devise a simple quiz to prove his identity (with questions like, Whose bun weighs a ton?)

Good News!

Billy got a new job as the inhouse graphic designer for our church. It actually pays better than kittles and has amazing benefits! We are really excited about it! He starts in a few weeks. In other news we have become interim parents to a 2 year old girl for a little while! It's a long story, but it's Monaco's brother's baby. If you want to know more I'll have to do it over email, or message you on myspace. She's been really good, but don't worry it doesn't mean we're gonna get catch baby fever....Danara's worried she's gonna lose her room!

Sarapatra-I keep checking Hamdy's blog for pics of the kittens!

Thanksgiving

I would like to know what the plan is for Thanksgiving. How many of you (and the old people) are going to New York City, how long are you staying, and where are you staying? I have one room reserved at a Westin in Times Square (Thurs-Sunday) which is all I could get with Hamdi's discount. I'm not sure if we are coming though since we are going to DC in a few weeks and I have to go to Nashville the week before Thanksgiving for a conference. Let me know what your plans are...

looking for comedy in the muslim world.

So Billy and I just watched Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World...in a reveiw it says it is slyly hilarious; I would say i would agree with that. Any other cousins seen this one, curious on thoughts. If you haven't watched it, we say it's worth a looksy. On a side note, just now on t.v. a commercial for the news came on and the newscaster said "Carwash hit up by transvestite theives". Police are on the look out for two transvestites who head up a ring of car theives."-Just an FYI.
